Mexico has recently filed suit against the Racist State of Arizona for its new Nazi law. Regardless of the legality of the law, Mexico has sworn to protect its nationals living in our nation. That means that they protect and indeed, encourage their people to infiltrate across our borders.

I am very liberal and I am obviously against Arizona and their Nazi laws but I am also against Mexico's interference in our nation. They obviously have a conflict of interest. They are against the Nazi laws because they are against the idea that their illegal immigration programs should be stopped. I am personally for a heavy militarization of the border; that is not too important though. Mexico is against America protecting its borders.

Mexico's public stance against our policies, even our bad policies, is an incredible sign of hypocrisy from that nation. They should not be attacking the Nazi laws of Arizona when their own policy is to shoot to kill illegals attempting to infiltrate across their southern border.

Mexico's own agenda and their hypocrisy concerning their own illegal immigration have caused me to consider boycotting anything made in that nation. That nation should not be openly criticizing our worst policies while conducting even worse policies of their own. I would like others to consider boycotting that nation until they cease their actions against Americans and allow us to judge our own laws without their corrupt influence. We do not need any foreign nation to undermine our sovereignty.

To conclude, I am not buying anything that says "made in Mexico" on the label starting now and lasting indefinitely and I hope others will consider doing the same. Who will join me in this boycott?

Please stay on topic when responding to my new article and answer my poll questions too. Thank you.

P.S., My main focus of this article is not the Nazi laws so lets try to keep the discussion close to the main topic. Thanks.

Polka while I understand your taking umbrage at another Country commenting on either our federal or state governments, it is a tad disengenious to get too exercised over it. After all look at the number of governments we not only criticise but have actively overthrown in just thee past 40 years. Chile, Honduras, Panama, Nicaragua, Iraq, Haiti and the list goes on.

Just sayin

We were wrong to do so and Mexico is wrong for interfering in our politics especially since they are responsible for the problem that the AZ nazi law was created for.

Sorry but I dissagree, to a large extent WE are the cause of the problem. Our demand for plentiful food at low prices drives processors and farmers to use the cheapest labor they can get, illegals. On top of that our insatiable appetite for drugs corrupts the government on both sides of the border. WE put out the bait to attract the illegals here, and the only ones who pay the price are the illegals, not the companies who hire them. Before we point fingers at Mexico we should look closely at ourselves first.

First, it is the the government of Mexico's fault for aiding their citizens' journey to illegal immigration.

Second, it is the illegals themselves for infiltrating our nation for their selfish needs at the expense of this nation.

Third, we do not do enough to solve the problem of illegal immigration here. We need to punish anyone that works with illegals for any reason.

Mexico holds the most blame here, not us. They need to respect our nation.

Calling AZ laws Nazi is more than a bit extreme.

Boycotting Mexico (what would we boycott i would have to ask also) is also a bit extreme. Countries voice their opinions and stick their nose in other countries business all the time...including the US.

Friends and Allies should be allowed to disagree without such severe measures.

I explained how a boycott would work. I would simply involve not buying anything made in Mexico. Countries can voice their opinions but Mexico is interfering directly in our political system and they are responsible for this problem. They should be silent and they should remain neutral toward this issue.

Please remember to vote in the polls I made!

I know how boycott's work. But very very little is made in mexico.

How are the interfering "directly" with our political system? By voicing their displeasure with the AZ immigration law? That is their right to do...as humans.

Yes I did. And a lawsuit from another country against a state in the US is nothing but voicing an opinion. It's meaningless, nothing but press.

Considering how they treat illegals into their own nation, I think Mexico should not even voice their opinion. That is reason enough for a boycott.

I think Mexico should not even voice their opinion. That is reason enough for a boycott.

Again, there isn't anything to boycott.

And everybody has a right to voice their opinion. You wanting to punish Mexico for the internal workings of their country is just as crazy as Mexico wanting to influence the internal workings of our country. Yes, they are far stricter on immigration on their southern border but that's not really our business...now is it?

Then our immigration policies (whether good or evil) are none of their business either!!! They need to keep their collective proverbial mouths shut and let us Americans deal with the Nazi laws. They act like they have the just cause when they clearly do not!

If interference in other countries' politics would lead to boycotts, the US wouldn't be allowed to trade with most of Latin America.

This is already off topic. Are you in favor of a boycott to deal with Mexico's involvement in our politics? I prefer the boycott.

The Mexican government supports illegal immigration and helps illegals cross the border. They should not be criticizing the U.S. when they simply shoot illegals that cross their southern border. They can send illegals to other nations but they will not tolerate illegals in their own nation.

So if turn about is fair play, should most of Central and South America, to start with, boycott America for our interference in their politics?

Interference will occur in a complex world with an increasing population.

Should we call them Freedom Nachos now?

And lose the "Nazi Laws", it's not helping.

If they wished to do so but they probably can not afford to do so. We should boycott Mexico for its hypocritical stance against AZ immigration laws. It is our problem and we will solve it. It is an insult for the nation responsible for the illegal immigration to bash AZ policy that targets their policy to send their undesirables into our nation to seize our jobs.

Negative. Nachos is of Mexican decent.

Mexico is not responsible for immigration. America is. And I take issue with people coming here to work and have a good life being called "undesirables". There are around 15 million illegals in the country and they pay taxes, contribute to our economy and work hard.

Nachos was invented in AMERICA. It is American food. Mexican people do not eat it. We do.

I'm sorry you have a problem with the term "undesirables". It was not inspired from hate; it was inspired from the Mexican government's desire to send them to our nation and to aid their illegal journey here.

Under the guise of the empire no less, well done.

If they wished to do so but they probably can not afford to do so.

The problem is, to simplify, supply and demand. Should we not boycott, rescind the charters of, those corporations in the US that advertise in Mexico for jobs.

We must first take care of our internal demand for cheap labor.

And BTW I have no idea where nachos came from.

That link is full of lies. Nachos was invented in America. When it was first made, they did not even have a name for it. An American company invented it and eventually sold it at stadiums. It is a common misconception that nachos is a Mexican dish.

We must first take care of our internal demand for cheap labor.

I agree. We need to reduce our dependence on foreigners and we need to defend our borders. I continue to believe that a boycott is necessary though. Mexico needs to stay out of American affairs.

Our government often takes a stand on something with another country without the support of the citizens it represents. After recently spending time in Mexico it occured to me that this is certainly the case. It is the Mexican government that is outspoken on our policy. Boycotts and embargos are foolish as they effect innocent and breed resentment. They are ineffective.

It is wrong for the Mexican government to promote illegal immigration into a foreign nation while denouncing that nation's bad attempt to defeat the illegal immigration. The Mexican government only desires to promote negative publicity against the AZ laws to help their own illegal immigrant agenda. That is why I want to boycott that nation.

Polka14, Great article and I find myself agreeing with ALL the respones you posted to the commentors. Maybe if some or all of what you have spoken in here, had been done in the protecting of our Countries border and enforcing the current laws against Illegal immigration we here in Phoenix would not have ever thought to pass SB1070.

I wish that you might read SB1070 as it is not racist or Nazi like in anyway. All people that are stoped in this Country by a Police officer for many years are ask to show thier ID (Drivers Licsense) in all states except 3 or 4 (one being Hawaii) that would be your proof of citizenship. As all States except those 3 or 4 now require a vaild birth certificate when alppying for a licsense. And SB1070 Clearly states that race Can Not be used as for making a lawful stop.

How ever in the Federal Law that SB1070 mirrors Race can be used by a Federal agent for making ANY stop or asking ANY questions ! So why isn't anybody calling the Federal law that has been around for over 30 years, Racist or Nazi like ?

I think I might can agree with you on somethings. The nazi talk, no. I didnt appreciate getting lectured by the President of Mexico, and I didnt appreciate the democrats applauding him either. The citizens of any state in Amercia should have the right to pass laws as they see fit as long as they are constitutional. We dont know the answer to that yet, the SB1070 Law Court Case must go to the Supreme Court. The president of the united States should have explained that to the Turd from South of the Border. But he bowed down to him instead, even agreeing with him.

If you are going to boycott Mexico, wouldnt it be better if Amercans boycotted Mexican tourists spots like Cancun and Cozumel, etc etc. Just a thought,

I don't appreciate it either considering how they treat their "illegals". They need to leave us alone to determine the legality of OUR laws!
